Dear The Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman,

Do local councils have any duty of care towards company directors affected by their third party partners

for example

a partner of the la through their unlawful actions make the director mentally ill which then affects elements of his life not connected to the business .

Yours faithfully,

dan prkns
