I refer to your request under the Freedom of Information Act.

“I would be very grateful if you could advise me how many council houses
were sold under Right-to-Buy Legislation between April 2004 and April 2005
in Gwynedd, and furthermore how many of the resultant figure were sold
with the covenant in accordance with section 155 and 157 attached.”

Having reviewed your request for information, we have identified that
Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd could respond to the request more
appropriately. Since 12 April 2010 the ownership and management of all
Gwynedd council houses has been transferred to Cartrefi Cymunedol
Gwynedd.  We would therefore suggest that you contact them at the address
