1. How many Lender Option Borrower Option (LOBOs) contracts do you
have on your books?

2. When and by whom were they signed?

3. With which financial institutions were they taken out?

4. Who brokered the loans?

5. Who advised the University to enter LOBOs?

6. Has the lender exercised the option to change the interest rates? If so, when?

7. Please provide a copy of the original, signed LOBO agreements.
