Loans to businesses including CICs
Dear Liverpool City Council,
Has this authority made any loans to businesses and/or CICs in the past fifteen years?
Is this facility widely available?
If so who sanctioned these loans?
How did these businesses apply for these loans?
What budgets did these loans come out of?
What were the terms and conditions for each loan including the interest rates, repayment periods and sums involved?
Did any of the borrowers default on these loans?
Which loans have been paid back?
I would also request a copy of the capital receipts as proof of satisfaction that these loans have been repaid in full.
Has this authority awarded any grants to businesses and/or CICs in the last fifteen years?
If so which businesses?
What were the sums involved?
What were the grants for?
What were the criteria for these grants?
Yours faithfully,
Karl Barry
