Your council cabinet meeting minutes for 6 February 2018 reveal the council ‘agreed in principle to the making of a loan to Delce Academy’. The amount of the loan was £400k.
I should be grateful if you could let me know if the loan was arranged. If so, I should be grateful if you could let me know details eg amount, lender, loan duration, repayment details, interest.
