FOI, The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service

Dear Mr Elliott

FOI-2020-01-10-01

Further to your request, UCAS does not hold the information requested.

While some applicants, in their application to higher education, might state their intention to sit the LNAT, UCAS does not receive any further information. We therefore do not know whether these applicants sat the test as intended or if any other applicants sat the test without stating their intention in their application.

You may be able to find out more information from the company who runs the test, Pearson VUE or from the LNAT Consortium.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have responded to your request you may:

1) Contact us requesting that this matter is reviewed internally by UCAS. Your request will then be subject to our internal review process.
2) If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome of your internal review, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The Information Commissioner's Office,
Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF, telephone 0303 1231113, or for further details see their website www.ico.org.uk

Kind regards,
Jessica
