3) Whether an offer was made
4) LNAT score

Also, what was the lowest GCSE grade combination for those given an offer?

Dear J Singh,

I am writing in response to your request for information in which you
asked for information on the M100 Law Course.

After checking our electronic records we can partially respond to your
request, and attached is an Excel spreadsheet as requested.

This shows:-

o Most commonly achieved A Level grade combination
o Most commonly predicted A Level grade combination
o Number of offers
o Number of contextual offers

Unfortunately, LNAT information isn’t available post 2017, so we are
unable able to include this. We have included the mode A Level
combinations rather than individual A Levels scores to anonymise the data
in accordance with our obligations as a Data Controller and in accordance
with Section 40 of the FOIA 2000.

We do not hold the GCSE grades as this information is held by ACAS.

I trust this meets your requirements, If you are unhappy with the way in
which your request has been handled and wish to request a review of our
response or to make a complaint, please see the attached information sheet
and form.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any enquiries regarding
this email.

Yours sincerely

Catherine Allin

Dear J Singh,

I am writing in response to your request for information on M100
Statistics, after conducting a search of our records I can confirm we can
provide some of the information you have requested.

Unfortunately, LNAT information isn’t available post 2017, so we are
unable to include that. We  have included the mode A Level combinations
rather than individual A Levels scores to anonymise the data, as in
releasing the actual scores we believe we will be releasing personal data
which is exempt under Section 40 of the FOIA 2000. which would breach data
protection regulations as these individuals have a reasonable expectation
that their personal data will not be released. We recognise that from the
information provided here alone, it would be difficult to identify the
individuals concerned.  Nevertheless, under the remits of data protection
regulations, we note that personal data constitutes that from which the
Data Controller can identify an individual.  Therefore there may be other
information which you could obtain from the University, either through
further Freedom of Information requests or other means, that could be used
to identify the individuals here.

GCSE information  is provided to us by ACAS and not something that is
saved, therefore this information is not held. However, offers are not
made to Students who do not have the required grade requirements, these
can be found online via our Admissions criteria for each course type.
