Dear [Name Removed]
Thank you for your request for information.
In order to proceed with your request below, we need clarification and
this is mentioned below.
********FOI********
1. How many employees have been paid less than the Living Wage since 2010?
Please provide figures for each year.
2. How many of them are women, BAME, disabled, Muslim, under 40, LGBTQ+?
********FOI********
********CLARIFICATION********
Please can you clarify what you mean by "living wage"? The government
introduced a National Living Wage in April 2016 - is this the rate that
you are referring to? If so, we will only be able to prepare figures
after this was introduced in 2016.
If you would like us to use a different definition of "living wage", can
you please provide us with this definition?
********CLARIFICATION********
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Greta
