Good luck if you think you will get an answer to this

Just like the so-called Liverpool Highways Training Academy which is supposed to be training 'up to a 1000 students [but actually doesn't exist] The 'virus' situation will be used to block FOI responses for months.

Dear Liverpool City Council,

I understand that under the present circumstance some delay is to be expect.
However, I understand that your staff are working from home and have access to data bases to provide information.

This request, according to your own acknowledgement, should have been complied with on with on the 20th March. You, the Council, are now breaking the law.

Please see attached our response to your recent information request.

 

We thank you for your patience and understanding of the delay in
responding on this occasion. Liverpool City Council, in common with other
public authorities is currently dealing with, responding to, and affected
by the current public health emergency arising from Coronavirus which, in
accordance with emergency legislation, has meant that our staff are being
diverted to maintain essential services for the residents of Liverpool
during this current public health emergency.
