Please provide statistics for the last 5 year of how many claims of race discrimination are referred to Liverpool Employment tribunal, how many end up with a full merits hearing and are upheld at the liability stage.

Then the total value of remedy awarded for these upheld race discrimination claims and for how many claimants.
