I wish to ask the following FOI.

[1] Will Jeanette Geraldine McLoughlin, please reply to the request from other members of the public, with regards to Cllr Calvert’s involvement with her role as a member of Hughes PR and how many meeting has Cllr Calvert had with:

A/ Gary Howard
B/ Lin Mari group
C/ Fox Street village Ltd

[2] Why didn’t the Liverpool city council inform the fire service last year about the problems at Fox Street village, Cllr Calvert was aware of this as was all the newsroom staff at the Reach PLC Liverpool Echo and a number of past FOI’s were sent into the council.

[3] Will now Jeanette McLoughlin take the time to investigate this matter and why the Liverpool echo never passed this information on to the Liverpool city council, when the reporter Liam Throp, was told of the issues in Fox Street, along with Daniel Hughes, and Cllr Calvert.

[4] How did Cllr Calvert land the job at Hughes PR and why was she the front or the face for, Mr Gary Howard did she not understand at the time these buildings were a fire trap and two local builders last year reported this, as one building alone [Block] B is made of plywood. Will Cllr Calvert, please make a public statement as to her role in all of this and how she knew Gary Howard?

[5] Will the council now please state the number of times the Mayor has held talks with Lin Mari, Fox Street village Ltd and Gary Howard and Kerry Tomlinson from the past six years?

[6] How many meetings took place with the Mayor and Danial Hughes and why?
Please take note: The relationship with the Liverpool Echo and many members of its staff with Hughes PR has been logged along with photos.

[7] Was any council or public money used to pay for Cllr Calvert’s time while at Hughes PR or did Hughes PR ever collect or take any funds from the Council, will the Mayor please try to explain why the outstanding fees from “Fox Street village Ltd” have never been paid after all this time? {£490,000}

[8] Was the LCC aware that Gleeds 2 years had signed off these building as fit to live in.
Jeanette McLoughlin you are the council solicitor, and if I do not get some explanation then this information will go to every newspaper in London to ask you the same questions.

May we remain you these building could have [killed members of the public] and it seems the local newspaper is trying to cover it up along with a council member and a PR company who has gone into hiding on this? To add many buyers have also been ripped off and now information coming out is the solicitors took part in this new scam.
