Littering of Crosby Area - fines information
Dear North Lincolnshire Council,
A report featured on the NLC website re littering in the Crosby Area (20th April) states that more than 350 people have been fined for littering in the Crosby area in the past 12 months and more than 150 warnings and notices have been served.
- How many of the 350 plus fines have been paid in full and how much money did that generate in total?
- What is the precise extent of ‘the Crosby area’ does it include Town Ward? If not, what is the
number of fines issued in Town Ward and how many of the fines have been paid in full?
- Are the fines issued by the council or a third party?
- How many of the fines relate to cigarette ends and how many to whole bags of rubbish?
- What was the start and end of the twelve month period?
Thank you.
Yours faithfully,
Cllr Lorraine Yeadon
