Littering and fly-tipping FNPs in Wells for 2019

Dear Mendip District Council,

I am writing to apply for information, under the Freedom of Information Act. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Please supply figures for the following incidents in Wells from January 1st, 2019 – December 31st, 2019, or most up to date year if 2019 figures are unavailable:
- Total number of Fixed Penalty Notices for littering offences
- Total number of Fixed Penalty Notices for fly-tipping offences
If possible, please supply the information in the form of an Excel spreadsheet.
