1. What is the fine cost of a littering Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN)?
 
The FPN default amount for littering was increased by the government from
£50 to £65 in April 2019 so the current amount is £65.
 
However there was a PSPO specific to parts of Shirebrook and Langwith
which increased this to £100 whilst it was in effect.
 
 
2. How many FPNs did you issue for littering?

5. What is the cost to the council to rectify fly-tipping offences?
 
Please see above table. As we do not separately record the cost of
flytipping removal, the above figures reflect the budget for for the
entire Street Cleansing Department.
