Dear Liverpool City Council,

Can you please tell me how many fines and warnings were issued
over the last 18 months, for littering, to the general public. Can you detail how much revenue was collected each month from littering fines over the aforementioned period. Can you detail how these fines were enforced, i.e by ticket direct to the person or by post and what percentage were smoking related.
