Dear Mr Connor

We are finalising our response to you FOI request. However as a point of
clarity could you confirm what your expectation is in relation to Question
5. The cost of pursuing litter-related incidents.  Is this in relation to
the prosecutions or an overall figure?

If you could confirm I would be very grateful

Kind Regards

Martyn
