Karen Hellon, Liverpool City Council

Dear Mr Lee,

I refer to your request of 14^th October 2013.  In your request you have
asked for information with regard to litter related incidents.  In order
to be of further assistance could you please be more specific in relation
to point 5 of your request - “Cost of pursuing litter related incidents".
Could you please clarify does this relate to fines enforced by Street
Nuisance Officers or does it include pursuing non payment of fines by the
magistrates court?

If we do not hear from you by 22 November 2013 we will assume you no
longer require this information and will close the case accordingly,
although your case request can be reopened at anytime.

Yours sincerely
