Lists of people or organisations visiting town hall

Please provide not going back further than 10 years the following:

lists by date and time order of people/organizations visiting the town hall in Mulberry Place and also at Anchorage House. This should include people/departments they were visiting and also whether or not they had an appointment.

personal data eg names and other details. Under the requirements of our
Data Protection registration we are unable to release personal information
that is held by us without the consent of the individuals concerned.

I am writing to request an internal review of Tower Hamlets Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Lists of people or organizations visiting town hall'.

I would like to know and understand exactly why this was delayed for so long, detailing also why you did not contact me asking for an extension on the time limit for FOI request as laid out in law. I would also like copies of all internal correspondence, emails, transcripts of telephone calls, minutes of meetings, advice from department, instructions etc, where this request has been discussed.
