Lists of Licensed Premises by (1) a Clubs Premises Certificate and (2) a Full Premises License

We're waiting for Dominic Pinto to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear CMC - Public Protection and Licensing
Westminster City Council,

Further to my earlier request and your reply your ref: 2999435 dated February 3rd 2017, I wish as you advised to make a fresh request under the Freedom of Information Act for a list or lists as is available of licensed premises operating under (1) a Clubs Premises Certificate and (2) a Full Premises License in the area of the licensing authority, with the details of the name of each licensed premises and the address including postcode, type of license, name and address of licensee, and name and address of current owner and operator however the premises are held (e.g. freehold, .leasehold)

You indicated at that time that 'the computer system used to record the Council licensing applications is currently unable to produce reports due to a technical issue affecting all users. As a result, the information you have requested will need to be manually extracted. There are currently over 3200 licensed premises in Westminster City Council. '

I have noted that I started receiving the Council's Licensing News again in recent months, and take it that further the advice you further helpfully gave (that 'The Council are currently working on rebuilding the reporting function for this system. We are hoping to have these works complete by the end of the financial year; you are therefore advised to resubmit your request in the couple of months.') has been successful.

Regards

Dominic Pinto
