Thank you for your request for information of 28.08.23, which has been
processed under the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act
2002. Unfortunately, Edinburgh Leisure is only able to meet part of your
request; this information is released to you now in the format requested.

 

 1. Please list all public swimming pools that provide 'women only' or
'ladies only' (or similarly described) swimming sessions within your
leisure centres.

 

The only Edinburgh Leisure venue which currently operates a women’s only
swim session is Leith Victoria Swim Centre. This Casual Swimming session
takes place each Saturday from 15:30-16:30 and is described on our
timetable as a "Casual swimming session for women, adults only." The
session is staffed by both male and female lifeguards.

is inclusive of trans women.
