Please can you provide a list of active Probation Offices, for all Probation
Trust areas, including the following information -
- Office Name
- Office phone number
- Office fax number (if known)
- Office e-mail address (if known)
- Office address and postcode
- The responsible Probation Trust (i.e., Thames Valley)

The information is exempt under section 21 of the FOI Act, as it can be accessed via
the internet. To assist you in collating the information you require, I enclose a list of
contact details for each of the 35 probation trust headquarters, including website
addresses, which I hope you will find useful.
