Dear Runnymede Borough Council,
I am writing to request information as part of the freedom of information act.
I would like to know how many supported living / residential services you have for people with learning disabilities and what the current agency spend for each service is. Please can you provide a breakdown of the spend as well as the names of the services.
Thank you for your email.
Unfortunately, we neither hold nor possess the information that I think is sought.
We have a Community Services section but I think SCC is your best bet as Social Care comes under their remit.
Please refer to this link which explains what we vs SCC do: https://www.runnymede.gov.uk/article/146...

If subsequently you are not satisfied with the Council’s decision you may apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the Council.
