I would like to know the name of the supported living / residential
services / care and nursing homes that operate within your borough or that
you provide funding for, for vulnerable adults and what the current agency
spend for each service is. Please can you provide a breakdown of the spend
as well as the names of the services.

We have searched our records and some of the information you have
requested is not held by Brent Council because Brent Council does not keep
records of agency spend in independent provider services. I have attached
a list of care homes and supported living services in Brent that the
council commissions services from. 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have
the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests
should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the
response to your original letter and should be addressed to:
