List of successful cases of employment tribunal claims generated as a result of the statutory right to request flexible working

Claire Styles made this Freedom of Information request to Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service did not have the information requested.

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Please could you list the successful cases of employment tribunal claims generated as a result of the statutory right to request flexible working, in the form of: Plaintiff vs Defendant, Year, reference number. For 2009-2010 and 2010-2011. There should be 14 or 15 for 2009 and 10 for 2011.
The "Flexible Working provision and uptake" report by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, published in May 2012, refers to a previous FOI request which gives the number of successful cases but doesn't give any case references.

Yours faithfully,

Claire

Weston, Bob (Gloucester),
