List of Stakeholders,community engagement champions, community assets for RTRCRP and CC2H

Dear NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group,

Under the Freedom of Information Act could you please provide the following information

1 - provide me with a list of stakeholders, community engagement champions, community assets or other groups that have been previous to this date been consulted on the Right Care Right Time Right Place and/or Care Closer to Home and/or hospital reconfiguration proposals.

2 - provide a list of those groups that will be engaging with the public on RCRTRP & CC2H & HR.

3 - The financial amounts paid or incentives provided to those groups by the CCG to attend those consultations on RCRTRP & CC2H & HR.

4 - The financial amounts paid or to be paid or incentives provided to those groups for engaging with the public on RCRTRP & CC2H & HR.

5 - provide contact details for same groups.

6 - provide a list of GP practices that have been consulted on RCRTRP & CC2H & HR.

7 - provide a copy of the CCG constitution and terms of reference

8 - provide the details of selection for GP members

9 - the length of term a for a GP can site on the CCG

10 - a list of GP's that site on the CCG board along with when or if their period of service will end and they come up for re-selection.

11 - provide the details of re-selection.

If possible please provide the requested information prior to proposed consultation on RCRTRP & CC2H & HR.

Thank you for your response. However there seems to be some confusion about engagement.
What I wish to know is
1 - which organisations will be at the consultation events
2 - will they be paid to attend or for any other services at these events
3 - how much will they be paid.
