Dear Rhiannon Pritchard

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST REGARDING:  I wish
to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act to obtain
information for school cluster groups/federations/consortia/MAT's
including if available, the cluster chairs that are within each group in
your local authority.

Please advise the following information please:

- The name of each cluster group/federation/consortia/MAT, how many
schools are comprised within them, and the school names.
- Contact information for the cluster chairs or coordinators. Failing
that, the name of the lead school.
- The name and contact details of the Local Education Officer

We have completed our response to this Freedom of Information Request,
please see the letter attached for further information.
