     “Please can you tell me what roads were gritted and when by your

     fleet of gritting vehicles between 08/03/2013 and 12/03/2013?”

 

 

Please find set out below the information in response to the above
request:

 

“The Word document is a record taken directly from our winter software
management system of all the gritting decisions made since 8 March 2013. 

 

The Excel document lists the roads that are gritted on each particular
type of route.  So where it says Hilltops on the gritting decision, all
roads on the tab "Hilltops" will be gritted.
