Please find our response below and attached.

(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within your councils area;
We have assumed you are asking for the Licensed HMO’s as the Council did not have a registration scheme which was a discretionary scheme before HMO Licensing was introduced. Please see attached Excel spreadsheet that includes a response.

(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) is licensed to hold .

(b) the last actual registered number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) holds.
Information not held by the Council.

(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as HMO.
As referred to earlier we did not have a registration scheme.

(d) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a)
The name of the licence holder is included in the spreadsheet
