Request for Information - 2018/0735 - HMOs
I refer to your request for information received on 27/02/2019. Please
see the information below in response to your request: -
Our Response:
The addresses of the HMO property and all other relevant information such
as dates of license renewals etc.
These can be found at the following link
[2]https://www.richmond.gov.uk/media/11338/...
The owners names and contact details/addresses can only be disclosed as
part of the full HMO Register.
The HMO Register is produced from the database of licensed HMOs held by
the Council. A report can be produced from the database and either posted
to you as a paper copy or sent to you as a pdf version by email. The
Council is authorised in Housing Act 2004 (section 232) to recover its
costs of producing and sending a copy of the HMO Register, and this cost
is £48. An invoice would be sent to you for this amount which would need
to be paid before the copy of the register is sent.
If you decide that you still require a copy of the HMO register, you would
need to send your full name, address and phone number along with a request
for a copy of the register to [3][email address] so that an
invoice can be raised.
Alternatively you can use the same email address to request an appointment
to come and view the register at the town hall.
We trust this response satisfies your request.
If you are dissatisfied with the information provided in relation to your
request you may make representations to the FOI and Complaints Manager.
Correspondence should be addressed to:
FOI and Complaints Team, Ground Floor, Civic Centre, 44 York Street,
Twickenham, TW1 3BZ
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
