Dear Thames Water,

II wonder could you please answer my following questions and treat them as made under EIR.

On August the 18th 2020 a Thames Water Network Manager, Mr Stickland confirmed that our sewer and storm drain at the crossroad at Mill Street (OX20AJ,OX20AL), Osney, Oxford is rather unconventional. He also confirmed that the current Victorian sewer at Mill Street is used for many more developments/properties than the ones Thames Waters had on their records.

Could you please clarify exactly what was meant by rather unconventional? Could you also please advise why Thames Water are in the position where they are serving many more developments/properties than the ones they have on their records (i.e. Cherwell House, Osney Mill, Gibbs Crescent, Mill House, Mill Bank etc?. Surely they are billing these developments/properties for their service and as a consequence they should be integrated into supply records.
