Hi Lynne

Thank you for your request. I have forwarded it to our FOI team to be logged but I will gather the information together. Your previous request only asked for Premises Licence Holders within our area.

Can you clarify exactly what information it is you are looking for? I cannot provide private details for licence holders.

I can provide the names of the premises licence holders and the addresses and telephone number of their premises but the advice I have received from our Data Protection Officer is not to disclose private addresses.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (SCOTLAND) ACT 2002
