FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST

I refer to your Freedom of Information request received Monday 14
September 2020.

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. This is because we are
not certain that we have understood your request correctly.

Original Request:

- Number of planning applications to be completed for new social housing
developments made from January 1st 2018 to 14th September 2020
- Number of applications approved and rejected
- Location of planned development
- Estimated completion date that is planned
- The name of the Social Housing Project
- The name of the Housing Association and Property Developer
- Planned number of estimated tenants to be housed in new developments or
abodes.

Clarification required:
To process the FOI request we need to clarify the term 'new social housing
developments'. Do you require data on all new build affordable housing,
this would include all tenures such as rented, shared ownership,
discounted market value etc? Or is there one tenure you are specifically
interested in?  Are you only interested in planning application sites that
are approved as 100% affordable? Or do you require information on planning
applications approved that secure a smaller % of affordable homes as part
a larger development?

If we do not receive your clarification within 3 calendar months from
today we will close your request. If after the 3 month period you then
provide clarification, your request will be logged as a new request.

We asked for clarification as detailed below:
 
To process the FOI request we need to clarifiy the term 'new social
housing developments'.  Do you require data on all new build housing, this
would include all tenures such as rented, shared ownership, discounted
market value etc?  Or is there one tenure you are specifically interested

you please clarify the points mentioned above.
