Thank you for your request for information received on 5 October 2022.
In accordance to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide a
list of Car Free/Permit Free development (including the address of the
property) within the London Borough of Southwark that are NOT eligible for
a on-street parking permit.
Response:
This information is not readily available and would require a considerable
investment of council resources to trawl through all the permissions
(since the policy was implemented in 2007) to separate out the
developments that are car free.
Under regulation 14 of the EIR this letter acts as a refusal notice for
the above information as whilst some of the information is held by
Southwark Council (the council), we consider the cost of compliance with
the request is too great and would cause an unjustified level of
disruption. We apply regulation 12 (4)(b) of the EIR as the request for
information is 'manifestly unreasonable'.
