1. Please provide a full list of the name and address of every landlord/property owner who is the registered licence holder of both small and large HMO's in the City of Brighton & Hove.

2. Please provide a full list of all Article 4 Change of Use from C3 to C4 applications and detail whether the application was granted or denied, as well as the name and address of the owner/applicant since the Article 4 Direction was introduced.

3. Please provide a full list of any landlord convicted of failure to apply for an HMO licence or comply with the conditions of an HMO licence in the last 3 years.

4. Please provide a full list of any landlord or letting agent/managing agent convicted or fined by Brighton & Hove City Council in the last 2 years and detail the offence and fine imposed.
