List of Major and Minor bugs in Fujitsu software

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

In the light of the Post Office / Horizon / Fujitsu scandal, please can you supply a list of software bugs that have been reported to Fujitsu by the HMRC relating to any software used by the HMRC over the last twelve months and 24 months.

Please can you describe how these are categorised by severity (major, minor, feature, etc), and list whether the bugs are still outstanding or have been fixed with either software patches or work-arounds.

If you are unable to supply the specifics of this information, please can you indicate whether it exists within the HMRC and an indication of how many bugs have been reported.
