List of Licensed HMO's

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Plymouth City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Plymouth City Council,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act :-

(a) addresses including house number, street and postcode, of all
Licensed HMO properties that within the borough council's area of
jurisdiction

(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property referred to
in (a) is licensed to hold

(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as
HMO

(d) the name/s of the licence holders for those properties referred
to in (a)

I would like to request this information in Excel format please.

The Council will seek to provide the information that you have requested

the information, or if an exemption or exception to providing the

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

This letter is a full response to that application.

 

Your request was to be supplied with information in regards to licensed
HMOs.

 

The Council does hold the information that you have requested and the
information is given below;

 

 

The register of licenced HMOs is a public document for which Plymouth City
Council are empowered to charge a fee. We charge £40.00 for a copy of the
register.

Alternatively you can come in and look at a copy but would not be able to
copy it.

Please note that the information supplied can mostly be re-used in
accordance with the Open Government Licence. The council should be
