Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act :-

(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are
within your councils area; and

(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property
referred to in (a) is licensed to hold

(b) the last actual registered number of occupants that each
property referred to in (a) holds

(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as
HMO

(d) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties
referred to in (a)

You requested

(a) addresses of all Registered Residential HMO properties that are within

Please see attached excel spreadsheet which contains answers to questions
(a), (b), (b), and (d).

Clarification for question (c)

Unfortunately from your recent correspondence we are unable to identify
the information you have requested in question (c) and we require some
further details from you in order to progress your request. In particular,
it would be useful to know what you mean by ‘first registered as HMO’. 
Bolton Council keeps a public register of HMOs, however, HMOs are not
registered with Bolton Council.   Do you mean the date when the properties
first received their license?

 

Please note that if you do mean when the properties received their first
license we will not be able to provide all the information requested as
Bolton Council does not hold records over 10 years.

 

The excel spreadsheet contains the date that each HMO was last licensed. 
However, please note many of the properties will now be on their second
license or more.

 

If no clarification is received within three months of the date of this
email/letter, we will assume that you have decided not to pursue this
request for information and we will close the request.
