List of HMO's and the address of the landlords that own them
Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,
I am writing to you to make a request for all of the postcodes of HMO properties in the borough of Waltham Forest under the Freedom of Information Act (2000). In addition to this, I would also like the address of the landlords who own these HMO's under the Housing Act (2004) all preferably within an Excel spreadsheet if possible please.
I look forward to hearing from you, many thanks,
Yours faithfully,
Christian Bangura
