I acknowledge your request for information received on 08 March 2018.
This information request will be dealt with in accordance with the Freedom
of Information Act 2000. I can see that this was initially received in
January 2018, but the response provided was related to a different
request. As a result, the head of corporate affairs has confirmed this

The Information Commissioner has received a complaint from Mr Steig
stating that no response has been sent to an information request submitted
to your organisation on 21/12/17, which you have acknowledged as having

Initially, you asked for clarification of the request but when the
response was received it would appear the matter was dealt with as a
complaint. However, the complaint outcome appended to the whatdotheyknow
link does not appear to relate to the same information request.
To all intents and purposes it would appear that a response has yet to be
provided so can you please now respond within 10 working days of receipt
of this letter.
You should state whether or not the information is held in a recorded
form. If it is held, you should either provide the information or issue a
refusal notice in accordance with the requirements of section 17 of the
Freedom of Information Act or regulation 14 of the Environmental
Information Regulations as appropriate. You can find more information on
