Dear North Yorkshire County Council,
Please can you provide a table listing all services which are fully subsidised by yourself detailing the route number, where the service runs from and to, the current operator of the service, the cost of the tender per annum, the 4 weekly passenger numbers for the past 12 months, the 4 weekly revenue, the minimum seating capacity as specified in the tender and finally the PVR of the service (for Mon-Fri, Sat and sun separately. If there is a school extra on this service, please put this in a note). Where possible, if there is more than 1 full time route as part of the tender/contract (ie, interworking) then please can you provide each route passenger numbers and revenue separately.

Can you also please provide a list of all services which are partly subsidised by yourself. This should state the route number, where it runs to/from, the reason for funding the service, the cost per annum and if possible, can you provide 4 weekly passenger numbers for the past 12 months. I understand that you may not be able to provide the passenger numbers for commercial reasons.

Finally, can you please provide a list of all services which are funded via Section 106 funding. Can I again have the route number, where the route runs to/from and also the reason for the funding. If you are to provide 4 weekly passenger numbers for the past 12 months, that would be appreciated. As above though. I understand you may not be able to provide this information due to commercial reasons.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Smith
