Dear Department for Education,
Thank you for response. However, there seems to be a problem with excel file. When I open the file, I am told that the file is corrupt and as a result, I lose some of the information held in the file. Could you please check the file and respond with a non corrupt version.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Douglas
Dear Mr Douglas,
Thank you for your email about Edubase Queries.
We have checked the Excel spreadsheet and can find no problem with the
file at all. however in order for you to be able to open the information
I have re-saved the file into a CSV format, which should provide the same
data as previously issued
Yours sincerely,

Dear Department for Education,
Thanks David. I still appear to be unable to read any information in the 'Email address' column. It appears to be blanked out.
Can this be rectified?
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Douglas
Dear Mr Douglas,
Thank you for your email dated 26 September 2012 about Edubase Queries.
We are not sure as to why this problem seems to be occurring as we are not
able to duplicate the problem at this end. If it is only an issue with
the email addresses I think this could be a firewall problem at your end,
whereby all email addresses or electronic links are being broken as a
security or virus check
Yours sincerely,
David Close

Dear David,
Sorry to bother you again. Would you mind sending the file directly to me at [email address]
I believe that 'whatdotheyknow.com' may have security measurements in place which have corrupted the file you sent to me.
Thanks for all your help.
Yours faithfully,
Andrew Douglas
