List of empty residential properties and their owners within Gravesham

The request was refused by Gravesham Borough Council.

Dear Gravesham Borough Council,

Hello!

We are looking for a list of owners names and addresses who own residential houses within the borough of Gravesham registered as either:

1. Empty / vacant.
2. Under probate.
3. Under court repossession orders.
4. Where the owner lives outside of the borough of Gravesham.

We buy or rent houses quickly and we would like to offer the vendors a possible solution by offering our services. We can refurbish and let out any empty houses as quickly as possible to address the urgent housing needs of the borough or help prevent homeowners becoming homeless via repossession.

We are aware that this is public information and can be requested. We would be very grateful if you could please kindly supply us with this data.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Naseem Ahmed
