I am writing to request an internal review of Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service's handling of my FOI request 'List of Documents'.

I asked for: Interview plan for the Cafcass telephone call to both parties in preparing safeguarding letters (split by private law vs public law if necessary)

You have attached: “Interview plan for the Cafcass telephone call to both parties in preparing safeguarding letters which is titled Interview Plan EIT Telephone Calls”

Upon reviewing the document, it is clear this document is related to private law. I asked for a copy of this document for public law as well. Can you confirm if you hold such a document or not, if you do, please provide it.

Since the pandemic is over, do you have an up to date / current document similar to that you have provided but relates to face-to-face meetings with parents? Could you confirm if you hold this type of information or not.
