Thank you for your recent request for information held by Denbighshire
County Council received 31/08/2018 regarding a list of council houses.
As set out by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 it will be our aim to
respond to your request by 28/09/2018. In some cases, however, we may be
unable to achieve this deadline. If this occurs we will advise you of the
likely timescale within which the response will be provided.

Under the Freedom of Information Act the Council may charge for
disbursement costs (e.g. photocopies, postage). However should there be
any such costs, you will be notified of this prior to the commencement of
any work.

Thank you for your request for information received on the 21/08/2018
regarding a lists of council houses and a list of RTB houses. We have
given this some thought and decided that the information is likely to be
used for direct marketing. By disclosing addresses we would be exposing
householders, some of whom may be vulnerable, to direct marketing of
unknown products and this would constitute unfair processing under the
Data Protection Act 2018. We therefore consider the full  addresses to
constitute third party personal data and I therefore confirm that under
section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this information has
been withheld.

I do attach spreadsheets without house names or numbers. Please note we
only hold Right to Buy records from 1996.
