You requested:

“Under the freedom of information act could you please send me a list of all primary and secondary schools in Yorkshire with the addresses, contact telephone numbers, name of head teacher and an email address for each head teacher. If this can be provided in excel format that would be very much appreciated.”

I have dealt with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and a copy of the information as held by the Department as at 26 March 2015 is attached.

I have prepared for you an excel file that contains –

A standard extract of all Educational establishments (including, LA Maintained, Independent, Academies, CTCs, Free Schools, Studio Schools Further Education and Higher Education) in the Yorkshire and the Humber region with addresses, Head Teacher details, school email addresses and telephone number where available.

At present the Department does not hold individual Head Teacher or school staff email information, and for this reason we have supplied you with the school email address where possible.

The extract can be sorted to your own requirements by Phase of Education (primary, secondary etc.) or Type of Establishment (academy, free school, community school, etc.).
