List of Common Law Crimes in Modern Scots Law
Dear Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service,
Does the COPFS hold a compiled list of common law crimes & offences which it prosecutes under/deems valid within current Scots law? In other words, is a list held of all common law crimes within modern Scots law?
If not, can one be compiled, or can you point to an authority which may hold such a list?
Yours faithfully,
John Maguire
