Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate relief
Please can you provide me with the following information under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

It will be treated as a request within the meaning of the Act: this means that we will send you a full response within 20 working days, either supplying you with the information which you want, or explaining to you why we cannot supply it.
