(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. We acknowledge

The above spreadsheet does not include sole traders as information about a
sole trader's business will be classed as personal information, therefore
this is exempt, section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.
If you are not satisfied with the response you may ask for an internal
review. If subsequently you are not satisfied with the Council’s decision
you may apply to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally,
the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints
