List of cases

[Name Removed] made this Freedom of Information request to Health and Care Professions Council This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.

The request was successful.

Dear Health and Care Professions Council,

Please supply a list of cases heard by the HCPC where Karen Aldred sat as the legal assessor.

Do not come back with some stupid response about "personal information" or "a full list of our cases is published on our website" or any other avoidance technique.

Similarly do not avoid, delay, or accidentally "close down" the enquiry. I am wise to your stupidity as it is not very inventive.

You have 20 working days from today to respond, and you will.

Yours faithfully,
[name removed]

Dear [name removed],

I write in response to your recent information request in which you asked
to be provided with a list of HCPC fitness to practise hearings where
Karen Aldred served as Legal Assessor to the Panel. Your request has been
handled under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) (2000).

Please find attached a list of the cases from our online database where
Karen Aldred served as Legal Assessor.

Please note that the HCPC is not obliged to respond to information
requests which are vexatious in their tone or content. Your communication
with the HCPC should not be aggressive or intimidating, whether via WDTK
or direct.. If you continue in this approach the HCPC will consider
applying the vexatious exemption under FOIA.
