Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Under FOI, I am requesting the below information:

a) A table list of files that DHSC (and/or it's document management service) hold relating to Blood Policy / Blood Safety covering the period 1970 - 1995. The table should contain 3 columns showing File Reference Numbers, File Titles and the approximate dating of each file.

Yours faithfully,

JJ Evans

Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request 'List of Blood Files'.

Your have refused my FOI and in your explanation you state that this is because "an assurance process is ongoing". However, it has been confirmed to me by the GIAA that the assurance process was completed well over a month ago and so this is not a valid exemption.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/l...

Yours faithfully,

JJ Evans
